INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg Prawns/Shrimp
1 Sprig curry leaves
3/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Oil

Grind to a Paste:
1/2 fresh coconut grated
1 large onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch piece ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp corriander seeds
7-8 Kashmiri Red Chillies
2 Green Chillies
2 tomatoes

METHOD
  1. Wash and devain the prawns/shrimps and keep aside.
  2. Grind all the ingredients mentioned above to a fine paste.
  3. Add oil to a pan and add the curry leaves and add the ground paste along with the turmeric and
  4. salt and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the Prawns/Shrimps and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Serve with Steamed Rice.
